Eating a really yummy sammich that was worth the walk to the store.

Ancient grains baguette, spinach, tomato, avocado slices and pepper. So yummy, and so far so good on eating vegetarian today, I’ve even managed to eat vegan as well. For breakfast I had a smoothie with, flax seed, orange, banana, raspberries, and spinach. It was delicious.

I hate the rain, honestly I have not been wanting to leave the house for a couple days. I realized why I’ll always keep this tumblr. I feel like it keeps me motivated, I keep strong on it, and it helps me get through the obstacles. And now I want help from you guys on becoming and staying vegetarian/vegan.

It’s going to be a rough couple of weeks for the most part as I give up all the food I once ate. I’ve found some recipes and I’m ready to try them out but I really need my followers who are vegan to help me with their favourite recipes.

Does anyone have any good recipes for vegan dinners, particularly ones that don’t have tons of ingredients?

It’s getting really hectic for me.

I’m so busy with school, homework, and then work that I haven’t christmas shopped or gone to the gym. HOWEVER, I have remained to eating healthy, just not remaining to eating vegan. I feel like I should take things out in small steps, so right now I’m having a mixed berry banana smoothie with ground flax seed. Next maybe a coffee with milk, then alternate with a black coffee. :)

So I can’t eat dairy, or any fat today because I have an ultra sound on Wednesday… NO I’m not pregnant, they want to check something about my spleen. So. I’m having a hard time without my coffee, because I have no soymilk for it :( cries.

For breakfast I had a mixed berry banana smoothie, and omg it was freaaaaaaaking delicious. I’ll probably snack on some more things during school before lunch because I have no flaxseed in my smoothie, so I’ll be hungry very soon. For lunch I’ll be having a salad, and dinner maybe a baked potato and some veggies. (I’ll be working so that will have to do) and then I’ll be hitting up the gym afterwards, but I have to fast for 12 hours after that sigh….
