Eating a really yummy sammich that was worth the...
Ancient grains baguette, spinach, tomato, avocado slices and pepper. So yummy, and so far so good on eating vegetarian today, I’ve even managed to eat vegan as well. For breakfast I had a smoothie with, flax seed, orange, banana, raspberries, and spinach. It was delicious.

It's getting really hectic for me.
I’m so busy with school, homework, and then work that I haven’t christmas shopped or gone to the gym. HOWEVER, I have remained to eating healthy, just not remaining to eating vegan. I feel like I should take things out in small steps, so right now I’m having a mixed berry banana smoothie with ground flax seed. Next maybe a coffee with milk, then alternate with a black coffee. :)
So I can’t eat dairy, or any fat today because I have an ultra sound on Wednesday… NO I’m not pregnant, they want to check something about my spleen. So. I’m having a hard time without my coffee, because I have no soymilk for it :( cries.
For breakfast I had a mixed berry banana smoothie, and omg it was freaaaaaaaking delicious. I’ll probably snack on some more...

Sooo last night was terrible
My mom got really mad at me
My cat has stomach problems and had to go to the vet
My boyfriend watched me cry and get stressed out over my whole life
I got mad at him
My mom was so mad that she ‘didn’t save me any dinner’
I ate cake for dinner, ugh got sick :(
Good news is I won’t be wanting sweets for awhile.

It’s like a freaking bursted artery coming out of my vagina right now. I’m breaking out like a mother fucker and yaz made me sick to my stomach last night. I do well and then I don’t make such healthy choices at dinner. Today I’ve been cleaning my room for 7 hours, it’s exhausting and I’m ready to go to bed right now.

Has anyone ever made their own dried cranberries?
I have been looking a recipes and they either use TOO MUCH sugar, artificial sugar, or corn syrup. I was wondering could honey substitute corn syrup? Or what do you do to reduce sugar and unnatural sugar?

So I've been thinking for awhile.
How much I love vegetables, and how I’d like to try out vegan/vegetarian lifestyles and diet. I did succeed at being vegan for a day. I think I’m going to be like 80% of the week.
My gym membership is coming back to me. <3 Thank god. So starting either today, or tomorrow I’m going to aim for vegan foods only! :)

Weekends are always the worst for mee.
But I have to realize if I want consistent weight loss I need to prepare myself for the whole weekend. What I mean by that is, I think how can I stay healthy on Saturday morning so I don’t set myself up for a day of fatty gross feeling foods, then I remember lunch, and I do that too. But I completely forget about snacks and dinner. I will have to start pre-planning those as well. Good news...
